Allocations

We arrange our waiting list in date of birth order. In addition, our policy may take into account the following:
  1. the proximity of the home to the pre-school
  2. the date of registration
  3. siblings already attending the pre-school
  4. whether the child is attending another pre-school
  5. the discretion of the Committee

For further information please see our  admissions policy

Session Fees

For the 9:15am to 12:15pm sessions, the fees are £3.48 per hour. For the 12:15pm to 2:45pm afternoon session, there is a charge of £8.75 per session.

When your child becomes eligible for Government funding (in the term after they have their 3rd birthday), up to 5 morning or afternoon sessions are free of charge. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each term and we ask that fees are settled by half term. We will always treat difficulties in payment sympathetically and in confidence. We accept payment in childcare vouchers if your employer offers these. Childcare vouchers are a tax efficient way of paying for preschool sessions.

Registration

If you would like to register your child at Cygnets, you will need to complete one of our registration forms. You can register your child anytime from birth and we do recommend this to guarantee a place, as the preschool sessions are often running at capacity. Please contact us for a registration form or download it here  Application Form
